Around 2 years ago I was looking for a home loan and called interstate. I spoke with Matthew Nieves. He tried, but couldn't help me at that time due to debt to income ratio problem. So I get a follow up call a year later but not much had changed monitarily for me. So again Matthew followed up a year later and my financial state had gotten a little better. Through a little magic, he made the loan go through. Matthew Nieves is a very professional and helpful person. If your looking for a loan, ask for Matthew Nieves. REMEMBER THAT NAME.

If my family or friends ever refinance, I would recommend they contact Matthew Nieves. He is excellent and the process went smooth. There were no suprises at closing. If you had a question he'd contact you right away. He followed up on each step of the process. He was great though the whole process.
