Me and my daughter aren't from the area and patroned this salon because the other one was all booked. We got the after 5 pm and was seated right away for a manicure and pedicures. The tech worked on my daughter right away while I relaxed and waited for my turn. As I waited, I checked out the reviews because I didn't before we got there and let me tell you, they weren't good. So I was gonna back out of my manicure (my daughter wasn't getting one but just a pedicure) and the tech wanted to know why and I told her. Honestly, I only went because it was available and it was the 4th place I called for a last minute pedi. First of all, it was 50$ for gel pedicure with spa treatment. The older guy was servicing. Anyway, he didn’t shape them or paint them with any care in the world. The polish is bubbly and uneven. It had been months since I had a pedicure and he used the machine to take off my REG polish, even flinching when he was applying too much pressure AND burning my nail from holding on to one spot too long, he still didn’t seem to notice there was anything wrong. I went in for a pedicure and the lady acted like I was an inconvenience to be a customer. At one point, she cut the side of my nail from top to bottom and pulled the entire side of my nail off. I knew instantly there would be an infection. After she was done, she rinsed all the tools in my dirty foot water and threw them back into the drawer with the other tools to be used on the next person. I went home and immediately started soaking my foot in alcohol to avoid an infection. Got one anyway. The very next day my toe was so sore I couldn’t step down. Myself and two of my friends arrived without an appointment and was told to pick a color and have a seat in the chairs that they had prepared for us. I wouldn’t put my feet in the bowl because there was a dirty film around the bowl. I asked her if she could clean it out. She quickly cleaned it. After that they used tools that were not sealed and she turned her latex gloves inside out to do our feet. We didn’t want to buy the more expensive package because we didn’t want the leg massage. Not a good experience at all. Called ahead and booked an appointment for 4. 3 pedis and one full set. We got there and Only a couple customers and 3 employees were there. The employees were very rude. Obviously talking about us while pointing. Acted like they didn't want our business. Barely spoke to us at all except the usual color question. Pedicure was probably the worst I've ever had. My friend had a different lady and got a better service but still mediocre. The pedicures were all finished before they even started the manicure. While an employee stood there instead of doing the service. After

So I do not have the prettiest toes, but I have been filing my toenails and they were all the same length and looking nice before I went in for this. I will include photos so you all can see for yourself. They butchered my feet. I specifically told the woman I like the length (about 3mm ) and to just shape them (they were already Squarish, just wanted them uniformed.) She got the clippers out and hacked off the entire sides of both my big toes.
