I went for a mani/pedi when I was in town over the holidays. Nice space and they were able to fit me in for a reservation within the week. They have an average selection of polish colors for shellac mani/pedis, but the attention to detail is somewhat lacking. My cuticles are not well pushed back (I redid them when I got home), and my polish is streaky/uneven in places. My mani/pedi combo took less than 1 hour 45 minutes and I felt rushed between the services despite the salon not seeming particularly busy. For the price, I expect better attention to detail.

I went in for a color & haircut late November. The very young stylist did some atrocious clipping at the back crown which I didn't notice until I had to style it myself!!! The style itself was Way Off for a mature professional woman to wear! Also, she colored it nearly black - I am a light brown, most I wanted was a few highlights! It has taken months with a skilled professional stylist to fix. Though I have the color right now - the 'layering on the crown' still has a few months to catch up with the rest of the style.
