Never answers phone and never returns calls left on voicemail. Takes over a week just to get a call back,

BEEN CALLING THIS PLACE FOR A WEEK TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS.

Their appointment scheduling is horrible. one time my appointment had to be rescheduled because my teeth cleaning was scheduled during the dentist's lunch break. I took off from work only to find out that they couldn't take me that day. On another occasion, they scheduled my appointment the day after Thanksgiving. I was relying on this appointment. They called me the week of Thanksgiving to tell me they had to reschedule to a much later day because the office would be closed the day after Thanksgiving. Definitely was relying on that appointment because I had severe tooth pain.

My experience with Dr. Melissa Smith and her associates has been absolutely wonderful
It's truly been a life changing.A All of the staff present as compassionate caring with a great attention to detail. Absolutely exceptional personal care.

The employees and Drs are super nice and for once my appointment didn't take all day like at other places. Fast and friendly service. I'm very pleased with Southwest Louisiana Primary Health Care. I give them an A++ 100% Id recommend them for healthcare.

They say they take the medical card but u have to pay $100 for just a exam an ex rays ! Like its supposed to go by ur income and I have none! FK government sucks
