Our first home mortgage was back in 1981 at 17.5%. Since then we have purchased multiple properties and I cannot tell you how many times we have refinanced with different banks/brokers. I had received a phone call from Choice Home Mortgage. I was not looking to re-finance, but I decided to return the call nevertheless. What ensued turned out to be a stroke of tremendous good fortune. Wendy Flores answered my call and selflessly invested the next 30 minutes educating me as to the potential to overcome the multitude of financing challenges I was positive I would face in a loan process. Twenty-seven days later, we closed the loan.

These morons somehow got my unlisted number and have been harrassing me for months. I AM NOT INTERESTED! You would think these bozos would get the hint as I have never returned one call and they have left at least 30 messages! We had the pleasure of working with Wendy Flores. Wendy was on top of things! Wendy advised us to lock into our rate before rates increased and just like she predicted, rates increased the very next day.
