Patrick, Georg and the entire team were great. They were very professional, helpful, and responsive to whatever questions/concerns I had. They were there every step of the way. It felt really good to have that personal touch, and know they were on my side. At the closing, even my lawyers were impressed on how "simple" they made everything on their end for such a complex transaction.
I dealt with Patrick at their Orange County Mortgage office. He responds to emails incredibly fast at all hours, and ultimately got me a rate significantly lower than the one I locked in. He made the process straightforward. I went from searching the reviews on yelp.com to now writing one and after working with Patrick and his team for several weeks we can honestly say that these reviews are spot on.

I had a fantastic experience working with Phil on my refinance. My schedule is very hectic, so I needed someone that could be flexible. He would respond to my calls, texts, and emails day or night within the hour. We made progress very quickly. He is very knowledgable and patient, willing to answer all my questions - which were quite alot. Sometimes the same questions a few times. He worked to resolve any doubts or worries i had. He was very responsive and always kept me in the loop. The process was smooth and painless. Definitely recommend!

Got a refinance loan on our home. Phil made things super easy and always answered our questions and kept us up to date on the progress. We were going to go with Churchill Mortgage originally since I am a Dave Ramsey listeners and he endorses them. They were very nice too but after talking to Phil and giving use many more options, we found a much better deal. We are so happy we went with Phil and Orange County Mortgage.
