Robert L. Wegman, PLC, is a Chesapeake attorney serving the Hampton Roads, VA, area. His father retired from the Air Force. Consequently, Mr. Wegman lived on military bases surrounded by honorable men and women of the U.S. Military. Mr. Wegman attended Atlantic Christian College in 1979, and in 1981, he spent his summer training with the Marines in the Platoon Leaders Class Program at U.S. Marine Corps base Quantico, Virginia.

Best Attorney in Virginia Or North Carolina. I highly suggest that you hire this attorney. I had 8 felonies and told Robert if he got me a plea for 5 years I would take it and he said he'd see what he could do. He went in the prosecutors office and came back out 20 minutes later with a full plea bargain dismissing 7 of the felonies and dropping the last one to a misdemeanor with no time to pull. This place is the absolute most pathetic law office ever to walk into virginia i would give them negative four stars if possible! They leave clients sitting in jail for SIX months allow the case to be continued FOUR times with not so much as a letter saying sorry about your luck we have failed you yet again! Then when someone questions them and why they do not do their job the lawyer says don't call back! So the client is left in jail with absolutely NO HOPE all the while on dead time because they have already pulled the high end of the guidelines!

Just left court today and could not be happier. Mr. Wegman handled our case and all charges against my family member was dropped. When looking for an attorney we wanted someone that was smart, realistic, not ego driven, accessible to our calls and emails and determined to handle the case as if it were his own family involved. I believe that is what we got. In addition, he is genuinely a nice and down to earth person. I do not give recommendations easily but feel this is one I can give without reservation. Mr. Wegman has been amazing. Typically this is not something to announce publicly however I feel that his help in my cases is worth me putting it out there. I have had two traffic tickets and he managed to get me off on both. Without TMI, my record precedes me and that was the reason I hired an attorney to begin with. (By the way, I am not talking about any DUIs just for the record). Mr. Wegman is efficient,on top of things and has been a lifesaver in my case. I highly recommend him!
