Almost 10 years ago Mick Elliott dove head first into the flooring industry. Working from the ground up he has established himself almost solely through handshakes and word of mouth, earning each job one referral at a time. After leaving his first partner company in 2013, he accepted the challenge of creating a flooring business all on his own.
Most people know him as "Mick Carpet" and without so much as a business card, he has been able to successfully grow his business through trust and a complete dedication to customer service. His son, Thomas Elliott, recently graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Pioneer Flooring is awesome, they make carpet shopping simple and efficient with in home consultation at very competitive prices. Mick is a true pleasure to work with, flexible and dependable with a can-do attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure customers are satisfied. He was instrumental in working with my insurance company to ensure I got the maximum coverage for my damage claim and minimize my out-of-pocket expense. The installation crew was awesome, very polite, and professional and went above and beyond my expectations, putting all furniture back in place and even helping

We didn't end up doing business with Pioneer Flooring, not because of them but because our needs and project had changed. Thomas was extremely responsive to calls and messages and really knows his stuff. He introduced us to all types of different floors and was punctual to appointments. Some other flooring companies didn't even call back - Thomas did! I'd definitely suggest Pioneer Flooring and will be referring them.

Mick and his team provided us with first rate service and quality. We needed some carpet replaced, other rooms stretched and cleaned and a quote on some flooring. They were able to accommodate all, at a competitive rate, in a timely manner and most importantly, did a fantastic job. The team was professional, experienced and considerate. We will certainly use them again and recommend them highly.
