Today we still serve many of Bud's original clients, as well as property managers, large contractors, railroad interests, HOAs, local governments, churches, and homeowners throughout the tri-county region. Our success began long before there was an internet. Word-of-mouth based on customer satisfaction has been, and remains our primary source of new business. Bud's Tri-County Tree Service has the most responsive 24-hour emergency tree service in the Sacramento Valley. In most cases, we will have a representative on-scene within 1 hour at any tri-county location. We answer our own phones 24-hours a day, 365 days-a-year. Our clients never speak to an answering service.

Bud's Tri-County Tree Services has been serving commercial clients for over 40 years. Our billing is professional, flexible and accommodating to the specific needs of commercial clients.

When one of our trucks is fully loaded with wood chips from wood and brush which has been processed through a commercial chipper, we contact local residents who have expressed interest in receiving one or more loads of chips.
Bud's Tree Service began serving the greater Sacramento area in 1968. The company was launched by Bud Phipps after he left the logging industry in the Pacific Northwest. Bud began with a pick-up truck and a chainsaw. Stacy, one of Bud's sons, worked in the tree care industry for many years and founded Tri-County Tree Service in 1998.
