Prompt and courteous. My key fob was locked in my vehicle and I had to get to a Dr appt. The service person was great and got us on our way in about 15 minutes from our call for help while AAA was still an hour away. I will call these folks again if the need arises.

My vehicle door lock cylinder broke while shopping at Home Depot and I called numerous places that said they were too busy or their guys who did lockout services weren't in(it was a Saturday) , luckily I found Grand Valley on Google because the owner or manager himself Steve came by in his personal vehicle to assist me. He was very friendly and very quick, plus the emergency vehicle lockout service was cheaper than the first 3 places I called. I highly recommend this service if you are in need of some quick, professional and affordable assistance! Kudos To Steve @Grand Valley Towing!

I locked my keys in my car and called grand valley towing. They were extremely professional on the phone, showed up in under 10 minutes and were able to have me back in my car in a matter of a few minutes, all for a great price! Would highly recommend

I called them. They showed up and delivered. I never actually saw them because I was at work. They took payment over the phone. It was quite easy. I received a text saying the job was done so I called my mechanic to see if indeed our car was there. Sure was. Everything done in a timely manor.

I had locked my keys in my van at my dentist. I found Grand Valley was near by and had good reviews so I called. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and efficient. He found my location and sent someone out immediately.
They arrived very quickly and quickly unlocked my door. He was very nice, offered info on what I needed to do with my receipt and my insurance company. I was able to pay on the spot and was quickly back on my way to work.
