Hansen Towing & Recovery was founded in January of 2020 with the goal of providing excellent customer experiences, especially during a stressful time. We know that towing and vehicle recovery is difficult for our customers especially after an accident, collision, or vehicle malfunction. My car was disabled in the middle of the street.

I've never used them before today and they were absolutely the best! They responded to me immediately, came out quickly and the price was great. The man that came out (Dylan) did a fantastic job. He had the best personality and you could tell he really cared about doing a good job and he enjoyed doing it.

The driver Chris was Fantastic. He was patient and understanding. He arrived ahead of schedule and made sure I was safe before he departed. I hope I don't need another Tow Truck, but if I do I hope they are as Nice and Professional as Chris.

They were great! Thought I needed a tire change, but the Lugnuts were stripped and couldn’t get it removed. So they towed it to the service station with no extra charge. They were to my car within minutes. Then we’re willing to take it to another service station as we didn’t know if the initial one could fix the problem. They didn’t end up needing to but said they weren’t even going to charge me if they did. Great company!!!
