How do you write a paragraph about nerdy compu-junkies and make it sound cool? Well, we're not hypertensive introverts with irritable bowel syndrome and we don't chuckle when somebody says they "need a hard drive". We also avoid taping our glasses together in the middle or wearing pocket protectors.
PatchWorks has always responded promptly to our calls for help and has even walked us through fixing our problem over the phone! They have resolved any computer and network problem we have had quickly and with a smile. What can I say about Patchworks? I dropped my laptop and damaged my hard drive. My computer would no longer even start up! Like many people I had not backed anything up and was devastated by the thought of never being able to retrieve my pictures, documents and music (which I have spent a great deal of money on). Scott not only installed a brand new hard drive for me that was larger and cheaper than anything I was finding at Best Buy, etc., but also retrieved all of my important files. It was quick, easy and cheaper than others (like the Geek Squad) I had contacted. They turned my nightmare
