After calling several computer places, I called Dave's Computers. Dave was the only tech who was willing to look at my broken laptop immediately without charging me a fee for expedited service. I met him with my laptop, near his former store. He looked at my laptop, said he could fix the problem within 24 hours for a reasonable fee. He kept his promise. I had my fixed laptop computer the very next day for a reasonable amount. He seems to be a good, honest guy. I overheard him talking on the phone with a potential customer. He said he could fix her computer, but it wouldn't be

Dave is amazing! The computer at my store crashed and I needed it fixed ASAP. Dave met me to pick up my computer and said he would have it fixed by the morning. That kind of turn around is amazing! But within a half hour or so, he called me and let me know my computer was too old and not really worth fixing. He even said he wouldn't fix it, because he wouldn't feel right taking money to fix something that wasn't really going to survive much longer. He made some recommendations for alternative solutions to my problem that wouldn't even benefit his business.That kind of honesty

I usually go to geek squad for my computer repairs, which is very expensive. I looked up Dave online we spoke, I informed him that I had already purchased the battery ,Dave said bring your laptop in and he would charge me just labor. I was in that horrible place I've been so many times, Computer Hell, when I found Dave's Computers on the Internet. Dave was fantastic, went over and above any expectations I had. He came to my home within the hour and picked up my laptop with a corrupted hard drive, returned it that night with a new hard drive, and brought all my information from my old hard drive to me the next evening. I had issues with my computer, it had trouble recognizing the fans and my Windows was not activated and I came to Dave for help. It was the best choice because not only did he figure out the problem within an hour he also helped me activate Windows and fixed the issue without buying extra hardware. I had an issue with my laptop and went into Dave's computers on my friends recommendation. Dave is a great guy. He explained what need to be done in order to fix my laptop. It was something that I felt that I could do on my own and he offered help if I ran into trouble. He didn't charge me for his time and was very informative. I heard about Dave through a girlfriend of mine and took my completely dead laptop to him in the hopes of saving at least some of my music and photos. If you're reading this, you need help. So did I, when I goggled 'computer repair long beach'. I selected Dave's because his address was closest to my home, and I'm glad that that logic worked for me. I called around a couple of places and Dave was the only one to take the time to try and understand my computer issue (it was a screen problem on my laptop). After I brought the computer in, he took it apart right in front of me. Other people tried to have me leave my laptop with them, without cracking it open, so I appreciated Dave's honesty.

I recently purchased a new computer and contacted Dave (on a Friday) to transfer the data from my old computer to my new one. Since the transfer was taking longer than expected (and I really needed my computer for my business) he agreed to meet me on a Saturday during his off hours to give the computers back.
