If you like the idea of planning your big day on your own, you'll love the DIY option. While we are not involved in planning your event, you will have access to our extensive Planning Resource Library and access to all of our Family Favorite Vendors. FYI: Caterers, Bar Service, and Event Coordinators not listed on our website, must make application and be approved.
We did the work for you and thoroughly vetted our Family Favorite Vendors for Quality of Service and affordability. We highly recommend you use one of our Family Favorites, but it's not mandatory provided your Outside Vendor gets Hearth House approval. Contact us for more on how to get an outside Vendor approved.
The Grand Hearth Room is an elegant mountain-style, indoor venue with a freshly modern touch that offers space for up to 250 - 275 guest, depending on room layout. The design includes exposed wood beams, sliding barn doors, a 25 foot two-sided fireplace, grand hearth, beautiful white wood siding barn doors, and top-of-the-line ambient chandeliers.
Guest capacity is regulated by state and local government mandates, and may change based on new guidelines and restrictions. The venue rental rate includes: use of Hearth House Venue, use of Cottage and Lounge for day-of prep, farmhouse tables, additional tables, wooden cross back chairs, sound system with 4 wireless microphones (not for band or DJ), 82 inch flat screen TV and venue manager.

Hearth House is such a beautiful venue and their staff was good with communicating and getting back to me via email. However I truly believe that our big day would not have gone nearly as smoothly if it wasn't for Maria their preferred day of coordinator (she does not work directly for the venue) I was honestly frustrated to begin with because I didn't think I needed a day of coordinator but it was a requirement of the venue and I am so incredibly glad we went with Maria, she offered me a great price and was an absolute Saint. She took care of everything and made my day essentially stress

Wonderful service, nice salad, decent environment (Fireplace, garden area outside, parking ok), that's the good. Now for the not so good. They need to take all the chairs and have a gigantic bonfire with them. After 1/2 hour sitting in them, had no feeling in the lower half of my body, no cushioning at all, worse than economy seats on any airline, especially if you have to sitting on them for 3+ hours or more.

We knew the Hearth House was our venue before we even walked through the door! From our first conversation through to after the wedding we had a great experience! The staff is wonderful to work with and the venue is so beautiful! It’s the perfect blank slate and even with minimal decoration it is still stunning! Because they have amazing pieces included (farm tables, wood chairs, granite carts, etc) we were able to achieve the aesthetic we wanted with minimal rentals! I can’t recommend this venue enough!

We booked an all inclusive package through hearth house venue. The venue itself is so beautiful. It has a rustic vibe and the surrounding area is nice. One thing we loved is that we had both options for an indoor and outdoor ceremony. The fireplace was a huge attraction. The bridal cottage is beautiful and has plenty of room for getting ready. We worked with Jessica. Jessica was good at communicating and great to work with.
Our all inclusive package included a wedding coordinator. We were assigned Maria with down the aisle by Maria. Maria is outstanding!! We definitely got lucky to get Maria as
