This was the first time I was seen by Dr. Nguyen at Legacy Dentistry. I was referred by a friend. When I walked in I was greeted and asked to fill out the usual paperwork. Once called back I was given a quick tour of the facility and then met my dental hygienist. After that I was seen by Dr. Nguyen. I was impressed at every point from my entry to leaving the office. Dr. Nguyen and his staffs professionalism is top notch. Dr. Nguyen went over several treatment plans and took the time to discuss and explain the issues I was having with my teeth. I was so anxious about finding a new dentist after a big move and after being with the same dentist for the majority of my life. The front office staff were lovely an attention. Assisted with a new patient appointment that worked well for my schedule. They let me know of the length of time for first appointment. The hygienist was informative and gentle. There was no high pressure "sqles" that I have had at other offices. The Dr explained the "while health" approach which is in line with my needs.
