I chose to cancel my order for engineered hardwoods and this company charged me a hefty “restocking” fee even though the material was just delivered today and I had put in a cancellation on Saturday. First they said 20% of the total and then they agreed to 10% which is supposedly SO generous. Cost me $1600, and I am a single mom. I’m so sad and disappointed. This is a lot of money for me just because they have to drive the materials back to Kent. ☹️😞
