What nice people at APH. They were very professional and it literally takes minutes from dropping off the keys to joining the APH bus to the airport.
I booked my car with APH through a flight I purchased which was departing from Gatwick Airport and I was very impressed.
The directions given were so easy to follow. Once you arrive at the parking facility you just pop into the checking in office.
The office ladies will go through some security checks including your flight times and ID to make sure that it's you. They will provide you with a card which you must keep in a safe place as it has a

Disappointed with total lack of covid compliance
None of the staff in the reception or bus drivers were wearing masks to protect themselves and customers .
When questioned the driver simply said , if I don’t want to wear a mask I won’t !
Even though he is having face to face contact with customers .
Been a loyal customer for many years but will think twice before booking again especially as my contact with customer services was ignored .

Great parking, affordable prices and nice and easy swift transfers. Go throught the barriers. Park and catch yhe bus. Very straight forward.
We however wanted to hightlight the fantastic service by the young guy working the transferbus last night (28th nov 8pm) he really made the end to our stressfull holiday much more lightened up with his service. Didn't catch his name but he really is an asset to the company and had to highlight this. He went above and beyond as a family of four we was struggling and he really helped us last night as well as the other passengers. Thank you!
