The Amelia Extended Stay & Hotel offers both Single and Double rooms in both FULL KITCHEN and STUDIO layouts! Full Kitchen Rooms actually allow you to cook in your room and feature a full sized sink, cook top, microwave, and FULL-SIZED refrigerator as well as plenty of cabinet space. The slightly more affordable Studio Room features a microwave/mini-fridge combo unit for those that don't need a full kitchen.

Lobby, hallways, and rooms are always clean. Including parking lot. Housekeeping/ groundskeeper do great jobs on place looking great. The GM Tara is the absolute best and will make sure you are taking care off. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Oh and the recreation area is wonderful. Fire pit, grills, pleanty of tables to sit and enjoy not just sitting in you room.

We were evacuating from hurricane Ida & although she didn't have any vacancies, Tara was so very nice & thoughtful. She gave us some much needed information for our trip. We didn't know where we were going to end up, but this was our first stop & it was a very nice hotel. She empathized with us as homeless hurricane refugees & let us use the rest room to freshen up since we had been without running water or power for almost a week. She was correct in saying that there were no rooms available until Lake Charles. Although we couldn't get a room there, Tara gave us some much needed information for

5 Star facility all the way, excellent staff from top to bottom, rooms and facility very clean, laundry facilities cheap and excellent, grounds clean and well maintained, stayed there for two months and I could only wish all hotels could be like this one; located in small town surrounded by the most friendliest people in the world.

I am giving a 5 star rating for the Customer Service I received from the Manager, Tara and to Kayla for helping me resolve the issue of someone using my Husband's Visa Debit Card to charge a room for the night. I noticed several charges to our Bank Account this morning and one of them was to this Hotel. I called the Hotel and Kayla and Tara were very helpful in tracking down the person that made the charges (on line). This person has stayed at the Hotel several times. Tara called me several times to get additional information from me to help her figure out how and who made the charge. She was able
