I wish I was able to just put ZERO stars!!! The staff here are so unprofessional and rude!!! Clearly they received no sort of customer service training!! I called to simply inquire about my package that was delivered to them and the representative was callous, rude and even started yelling at one point. My consolidator no longer worked for them and they couldn’t simply explain that!!

I sold an item and my buyer used Caribbean Ocean Corporation as the forwarding agent. Postal tracking shows delivery to Caribbean Ocean, but they apparently, according to my buyer LOST the item. I ship 300-400 items per month and have items forwarded all the time, NEVER had one lost by the forwarder.
