Linda was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us. She answered all our questions and made our every request happen! I appreciated the reminder calls from the Chateau to help keep me organized and not have to plan under duress. The grounds and atrium were beautiful, and the remodeling done to the Tamerlane room was amazing.

Well here it goes. I was already getting annoyed with this venue because how back and forth they would be with us. First someone said we can bring our own linen- then we were told no. This happened a lot with them to the point where I started to record their call with my planner because she knew herself how the venue was. They wanted to charge $300 for any additional hours my planner needed to set up. They were only giving her 1 hour. They told me I wasn't allowed to get ready either in their bridal suite and everything about them was just strict. Any way...We booked this place pre-covid,

We DJ here 3-4 times a year and it is one of our favorite venues! Beautifully remodeled, gorgeous huge landscape for photos, and no interference from other weddings unlike other venues with paper-thin walls (so often overlooked!). The entire staff is always welcoming & friendly. Amazing and attentive, plus our load in is easy....annnnd, the food is top notch! 5 of 5 stars!

We went to my sister's wedding at this venue last weekend. It was AMAZING. I stopped in the bride's changing room and Letitia was on point for even the smallest detail. There were two rooms rented. One room had white chairs in rows for the ceremony. One room had round tables for dinner. After dinner, we returned to the ceremony room (they cleared out the chairs) and we danced there.
The food was fabulous... The hors d'oeuvres were outstanding. Followed up with filet mignon and chicken breast served family style. The bar tenders made nice, strong drinks. OMG, I can't say enough

My wedding was this past Saturday, November 2nd, 2019. The Chateau Bu-Sche did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful venue, gorgeous grand ball room with fireplace area, newly renovated and wonderful staff that… was on their A+ game. Also prime location right off of the highway so guests can find it super easy to get to! My wedding day was everything I dreamed of. My fiancé and I would recommend this venue to anyone! Book book book! 👰🏼🤵🏻We are more than happy with our choice! ❤️

You all this place is absolutely stunning. I am an event planner/ wedding coordinator and my client had her wedding here. the staff here are very welcoming and very warm. Every single person who helped us was absolutely amazing and accommodated my bride the best they could. The event manager Latisha was so gracious and fast, she made sure that any last request were done.

My mother-in-law informed me that Chateau Bu-Sche' would be a beautiful place to have my wedding. I visited their website and was immediately blown away by how gorgeous the venue was. I quickly filled out the request information form for more information. I received a call from one of the employees and she asked if I had any questions. I asked her if we were allowed to bring outside food vendors that would serve our cultural foods and she replied no. She then added that I could check out the Chicago Park District if I wanted a venue that would allow outside food vendors. Since I'm new

I came here for a wedding and the venue is beautiful. The lake gives an awesome backdrop for photos.
There were two weddings taking place and the venuw is big enough that there was ample room for both. The setup allows for the guest to decorate any way that they wish.
I cannot provide more detail in terms of working with the venue, because I was only a guest, but I will say the bartender was amazing!

This place looks nice... that's about it. Yes the grounds are gorgeous and the banquet room is nice, the rest is bad.
Bad points.
To start the bridal room is lacking. Only two seats, no Kleenex box, and the napkins to dry your hands are what you would get at a hotdog stand.
During the banquet, it was freezing. Everyone complained. I finally asked them to turn the air down. I was told they would turn it back on when the dancing started. That never happened.
The food was so-so. The chicken dry and flavorless. The beef had good flavor but was so tough and dry. The salad was just bonkers.

We just got married at the Chateau Busche on July 8 2017.
WOW, my husband and I were blown away!!! It's hard to visualize everything when your picking colors, chair sashes, table runners, dinner and bar menu ect for your dinner/reception.
The Chateau was great from the beginning and even more impressive on the day of the event. They made sure absolutely everything was PERFECT! The coordinator Lynn was fantastic she checked on my parents and joe and I through out the night making sure we were all happy. She asked me like 5 times if I needed anything, if I ate, if I was thirsty...i mean grade

I'm not sure if anyone has rated this company based on heart. My family suffered a tragic lose in transition from moving homes we live in Augusta, GA. We paid our 1st deposit with a problem and had ALL the funds need for the second one. This happened (refer to pic). I struggled to get my family back together, but we are safe and comfortable now. Thank God. The time for my second deposit came up and I explained my hardship. Didn't want money back just a month and a half to recover. My wedding was scheduled for 8/8/18 (today is 6/26/17). My husband and I were married on May 14, 2016. We had our ceremony in the atrium and reception in the attached medium sized Tamerlane room, which was absolutely gorgeous. Randy was our day of floor manager and he was on top of everything. He kept me calm and even brought a bottle of champagne and pitcher of orange juice to the bridal room while I waited for guests to arrive. Randy played a big part on why I am giving the venue five stars because he let the pianist know when to start playing music for the ceremony, told the flower girl when to walk in, let my brother know when to roll out the aisle

We came here for a wedding, and this place is quite beautiful. The service staff were really friendly and accommodating. The bridal party took pictures during the appetizer time. The mother of the bride, who also did some coordinating was really hungry, and the appetizers were gone by the time pictures were done. One of the servers put together an assortment for her from what was left. Bravo!
The crab Louie and crab cakes were made with imitation crab meat. I don't care for it, but both would be enjoyed greatly

In looking for a venue, recently I visited here. The grounds are gorgeous. I'm not an outdoor person but the pond and the gazebo were really pretty. The banquet hall itself was pretty standard for a banquet hall. They also have an attached atrium that is all white and it's really pretty in person. The prices are reasonable for all you're getting (about 6-7000 for 100 people).
