Very happy! I've been to most of the recyclers in the metro over the years so I thought I would try Pirkle- wish I had tried them sooner. Professional, friendly and... HONEST! I'm so accustomed to arguing about the grade of metal scrap but no question with them. The rate was @market price and the scales dead-on accurate. //Been back 6 times now and always same level of professionalism and quick.

They probably pay more than anyone else and the employees are awesome!

Pirkle has sold and its under new ownership, process of in and out kinda slow but its a new company so it should pick up. Same employees so same good vibe

The morning of 5/13 right before exit 285 I was in the left-hand lane and a piece of debris came off of this truck and hit my car. I honked at the driver , waved and tried to get him to pull over and he didn’t.
I have tried to email and called this company with no response.

This is a unsafe company when driving over the road. I had this truck us dot 210957 door not be closed tightly. We are driving on I-85 at Bogg rd when the truck hit a bump the door bounces and something falls out and hit my windshield. Call them and they tried to make every excuss in the book. Unsafe behavior by truck drivers put us all in danger! Please inform them of their unsafe drivers or the next time might be wirse.

Fair Pricing on clean stainless and brass. Other users posting reviews seem to not understand the definition of clean. Efficient process - sort, weigh, and get a check cut. I took about 15 minutes to offload pickup truck load of material and get paid.

This company is great to do business with!! Their prices are fair and updated with market conditions. They pay you for what you are selling. Those other reviews that were negative are bogus. Some people that their metal is worth ton of money and have an unrealistic reality of what it might be worth. There is a reason why they have been in business for such along time because they care about the customer and the environment.

I drove to their place to sell aluminum that came off the old windows that I replaced. I also had some scrap metal in a bucket, mostly iron. I had called them to check for the pricing on Aluminum and scrap iron. They quoted me a $0.40 per pound for Aluminum and $0.10 per pound for scrap iron. When I got there and they weigh the said metals and when they handed me a check they priced Aluminum at $0.30 and scrap iron at $0.07.
When I questioned them about the price a lady at the scale told me that Aluminum was not clean. My whole window is made of Aluminum and glass and I had removed the glass before
