Desktop Disposal was great to work with. Scheduling pickup was a breeze, and they were very accommodating to our specific needs. We needed specific equipment and machinery destroyed while allowing all other electronics and machines to be recycled or resold. It was extra effort on their part to account for these requests, but they did so anyhow. Patrick H. was a PLEASURE to work with. He made the entire process easy, stress free, and enjoyable. Extremely disappointed with this company. We needed to dispose of an x-ray unit in one of our offices. We were quoted $1,000. We thought this was a bit high, but ended up using their service. Six months later we needed to dispose of another x-ray unit at another location. We were recommended a different company who did the exact same work for $350. We contacted Desktop Disposals because we were certain that there must have been an error. Nope. "It just depends," we were told. I found this company online when I was looking for a place to recycle 50+ electronics. I reached out and got a response back from Chelsea who was super helpful and held my hand through out the entire process. Once I finished all the paperwork Chelsea planned everything out and was able to get someone to pick up our machines within two days! Super easy process and super helpful employees
