Do you sub out all the trades? No, as a full general contractor, the crew that comes to your home is our crew; they are our employees. Also, there will be some sub trades, such as tile and granite installation, that come in during construction under our supervision. How quickly will you be able to do my remodel?

Rosemarie is amazing! She is personable, down to earth and realistic. She and her husband make a phenomenal team. They spend a generous amount of time on the initial meeting, and with follow-up phone calls and meetings. From the initial consultation, it is obvious how much pride they take in doing the best job possible to not only meet client needs, but to also suggest and incorporate new, innovative ideas. Remodeling can be a daunting process but Rosemarie and Krikor made it an enjoyable project. It was a joy to work with them. They are professional, approachable, and listened to what we wanted while providing excellent feedback and suggestions. They simplified the process and made it manageable. We were impressed with the fine quality of work they provided and the ingenuity of their space optimization. We would recommend them for any project and look forward to working with them again on our future projects.

Kitchens and More is the trifecta of Kitchen design build. Krikor is the consummate engineer, making the most of space while maintaining architectural integrity. Rosemarie has a great sense of interior design and color. Ken is the perfectionist T-square of cabinet making. They are all excellent listeners and a pleasure to be with throughout the process. Together we designed and built a kitchen that won a SubZero and Kitchen Design Contest for small kitchen category for N. California, Nevada and Hawaii.

We had dreamed of re-doing our bathroom for a long time but it was such a small space we didn't think it would be worth it. We met with Krikor and he made a design that took our little bathroom and turned it into a luxurious spacious spa! I wish we hadn't waited so long to do it. He also put some special touches in our kitchen using trim work, crown molding, granite counters, a tile design on the floor and backsplash that brought it to a whole new level. Everyone that comes into our home loves it as much as we do.

I had the pleasure of working with Rosemarie with a shared client of ours. We met at our client's lovely home in Novato. Kitchens and More had remodeled the kitchen, guest bathroom and very recently the master bathroom. The results were gorgeous in all three cases. Their taste is clearly both modern yet with a respect for the traditional. And Rosemarie and her husband are very nice, indeed.
