I was referred to David at Novato Kitchens and Baths by my contractor, and I couldn't be more thankful for the recommendation. From day one, David was a joy to work with. He is not only very skilled at what he does, but he is so easy to work with. He designed custom cabinets and a master bathroom vanity for us, as well as helped us purchase bathroom fixtures and beautiful countertops. It was our first kitchen remodel so we interviewed three local (Novato) kitchen design businesses. From the outset, it was apparent that David with Novato Kitchen and Baths was the most knowledgeable, open to our ideas, and very pleasant to work with. He listened very well and helped us arrive to the best design for our space, within our planned budget. Although supply delays with COVID made our timetable longer than anticipated, David was communicative throughout. He was very organized and meticulous and this ensured our order would be correct and avoid any further delays. He worked very well

Our experience with David at Novato Kitchens & Baths to remodel our kitchen was wonderful!!!! We requested quotes from 3 different design firms, and David was the only one who came out to our house for the first meeting and spent time getting to know us and understanding our personal needs for the kitchen. David was always responsive, helpful and patient with our inquiries. He was easy to work with and got along great with our contractor. Our experience with Rich was exactly what we had been searching for. We are remodeling 2 bathrooms, and after going to CTW, Home Depot, Tubz and a few other places we just happened to walk into Novato Kitchen and Bath. Rich was an excellent source of knowledge and expertise as he guided us in our selection of items and design concepts. I moved to Novato and desperately needed a new kitchen. People kept recommending Novato Kitchen & Baths and I now know why. I've been working with Rosalind on my kitchen and she's amazing! She's been thoughtful, patient, detail-oriented, timely and overall just lovely to work with. I was pretty clear on what I wanted but Rosalind was able to make so many additions that has me so excited about the final design. Two years ago, I worked with Roz at Novato kitchens and baths on an extensive kitchen remodel and it came out beautiful. Her knowledge and attention to detail is spot on. We own a 1968 ranch home in Sonoma that we purchased in 2003 after moving here from WA state. It needed a lot of work and we renovated only half of the spaces before our budget ran out. We lived with the original kitchen, avocado appliances and all, until our recent kitchen update which is now 99% done, just lacking ovens and dishwasher on backorder from the manufacturer.
We began the process about 2 years ago by visiting and considering about a dozen cabinet suppliers and about the same

I worked with Paul Price on my kitchen remodel and had an awesome experience. He's been in the business for many years and has a shop filled with beautiful cabinetry and countertops. I was looking for a particular kind of walnut which had been difficult to find but he had it and he had so many other choices as well. Paul was knowledgeable and patient with me and my many back and forth changes. I didn't know much about wood grain and other important cabinet related concepts and working with Paul, I got a nice education too. He has great suggestions and an eye for design. I highly recommend

We had the best customer service experience with Paul Price at Novato Kitchens. It was a bumpy road with our New Kitchen being delivered with some flaws from the manufacturer. I had a wonderful experience working with Rosalind at Novato Kitchens when I was a designing a very large project in Sonoma County. Since I am a San Francisco based Interior Designer, it was important to me that I use a vendor that I could easily turn to that was familiar with Sebastopol. Rosalind was not only familiar but she became by eyes and ears when I could be at the job to oversee what was happening with the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, all of which I specified through Novato K&B.
