As a new patient it was extremely upsetting when I was 15 minutes late due to construction, the person behind the desk who I actually think was one of the vets was exceptionally rude and condescending. Not something you would expect from a vets office or first visit! Needless to say, we left and will be going elsewhere. No one needs that added stress from their veterinarian! And after reading some of the scary reviews here, I now realize I made the right choice to leave! WOW!

My baby had been prescribed Bravecto to prevent tick and fleas. I put it on the back of her neck as prescribed and a day later noticed that it had burnt her skin and she was missing her hair in that spot. After reading the horrible online reviews of the product. I called the office to find out why I hadn't been warned when they sold me the product. The receptionist told me that it was better to have a burn spot than anemia from fleas. Seriously?? These are the o my two options?? Why are they recommending and selling a product that is know to cause serious illnesses and death in 30% of the

I transferred my two Pugs here after changing vets after Dr. Lovers at Davis Animal was no longer there. I'm very happy with Dr. DiCicco. Pugs require a bit of different care due to their brachial complications. I'm happy with the staff especially during this difficult time.

I’ve been using the veterinarians at BlueCross for the past four years. I adopted my most recent cat after my cat passed away from cancer. Morgan arrived from a local rescue organization and unfortunately came with a respiratory infection, an ear infection and mites, fleas and tape worms. It took several mo hrs of treatments but she’s now a healthy, happy and very spoiled 3 year old thanks to the compassionate and knowledgeable doctors at Blue Cross. They are all wonderful and I’d never think of going anywhere else,

Review is below. This is an UPDATE. Maria Violi is under investigation by the Department of Health, Practitioner Licensing.
Arts: Maria Violi and staff, FYI the original investigator on the case passed away and the case will be tuned over to a new investigator very soon. You will be held accountable for what you did. Mark my word. I will not rest until you are.

Be VERY careful. The owner here Dr. Violi is a cunning snake. She tricked/deceived me into having my beloved 12 yr old sweet kitty euthanized, she was my world and my only family member

I'm very picky about where I take my Emily. Blue Cross Animal Hospital more than delivered! Emily is almost 14 years old and was exhibiting some troubling symptoms. The staff was caring, knowledgable and efficient. Emily thanks you for caring for her like family. Woof!

Just moved vets. This small office gives me and more importantly my vets all the attention and love that I felt lacking in the bigger and money driven practices around town. This Vet seems to truly care. Highly recommend them.

Upon entering there is a fowl smell of animal. Unclean. There is a major problem of communication between the Dr and front desk. After my initial visit I was told to return for 2 shots that my dog needed. I paid close attention to what the shots were as the front desk seemed confused about what the Dr was telling them my dog needed for my return visit. When I returned for the shots a vet tech (Dr was not there) tried to give my dog just one shot that he did NOT need?! Seriously!?! THank GOD I paid attention to what was needed and told HER what he should be getting - 2 completely different

I beseech to NOT bring your pet to BCAH!! I dropped my dog off perfectly healthy and found her 2 days later injured. They never explained what happened. After pressure from me, examined her at their cost. Showing no compassion for my dog or my upset, they refused to reimburse me for the 2 nights from when she was injured. You pet is NOT safe at Blue Cross Animal Hospital

We took our 9 month old puppy to Blue Cross for an emergency visit. We normally live in NYC, but were visiting Greenwich for the weekend when Arya (our beloved pupp) began throwing up since 5am. I first tried to read as many reviews online before picking a vet for this emergency visit as I wanted to give her the best possible treatment. Finally I chose Blue Cross and it was the BEST VET I have ever visited. The front desk was extremely nice and caring. Dr. Triplett was an absolute savior! She made all of the necessary tests and always checked with us before completing them (so as to show us how

The doctors at Blue Cross have carried on the fine legacy of Dr. Neil Wolff, through their compassionate and expert care. The office is pleasant and the front desk personnel are always friendly. I would highly recommend this practice for those seeking traditional medicine as well acupuncture. Kindness and expertise go hand in hand here.

Dr. Faigle was amazing. Not only did she treat my dog's skin irritation, she was amazing with keeping him and ME comfortable. She even stayed late on a Saturday to allow me to bring in my other dog for his vaccinations. She couldn't have been more thorough.

Hugo (I think he's the vet tech) was amazing handling both of my dogs during their shots and keeping them calm.

Everyone here is so nice and really make what is normally not the most fun experience, much easier!

Ever since my beloved cat, Mee Mee adopted us 2 years ago, I've been taking him for veterinary service here, with Dr. Wolff. I find the entire staff at the hospital to be very pleasant, helpful, and concerned with the well being of my cat. I have been particularly impressed with receptionist, Diane, who is also a cat person and goes out of her way to be helpful and friendly and with Hugo, the assistant who is very nice and very gentle with Mee Mee. I've had less interaction with the rest of the staff, but they have been consistently pleasant and helpful when I have interacted with

I flagged the other review. It is totally fake Of course I was first to review this. There is no vet any where that I know of as dedicated to animal health as Dr. Wolff and he said he did not become a vet to kill animals. Here is my original review. _______________
Blue Cross animal hospital and specifically DR. Neil Wolff saved my dog's life. We live in NYC and would drive all the way to CT. twice a month for treatments. I had a pure blooded German Shepherd who had degenerative myelopathy.
He became paralyzed at age 12. We carried him into the office and he walked out. It was due to electric

We used to go the Blue Cross Animal Hospital, but the wait was always horrible. They always seemed be be running behind. Waiting room was also small and not the cleanest. What really turned me off was when we were away on vacation and our babysitter was watching our 6 month old cat. It wasn't feeling well and she took it to Blue Cross Animal Hospital. While waiting to see the Vet, the poor cat died. To top it off, we had our pet cremated and they lost the ashes....and then had the nerve to offer us some other pet's ashes in her place.
