I brought my car in for a air bag recall when I got it back it kept loosing power, my radio was acting up and the bezal around the radio and cluster would not snap in to place. Before I brought it for the recall there was no problem at all. I brought it back and they fixed the loosing power but they denied touching the radio. I brought it home pulled the bezal off and notice there were screws missing and the bezal was broken. Do not do business with this service department

Could they be any more unhelpful? I don't think so. I called to make a service appointment. After telling the person making my appointment got the four-wheel-drive low light flashes on and off intermittently and the vehicle will not stay out of four-wheel-drive low she asked me what was wrong with the vehicle. Isn't that their job to figure out? She asked if there was anything else I was concerned about and I said that the check engine light has been on and off intermittently. She again asked me what was wrong with my vehicle. I told her I surely did not know but that certainly service

Putnam's service department can't seem to figure out how to call you back when you contact them. I have been waiting for months for them to return my calls about a warranty issue we are having. I've followed up with them multiple times and, every time, I'm assured they will "call me back". No one ever does though. We even purchased our vehicle from Putnam so it's disappointing that we've continued to get the runaround from them after spending so much money here. Furthermore, when we've taken our Jeep in for basic service (e.g. oil changes and tire rotations), every time there has been an issue

I've used the service center twice and was not too impressed with the customer service I've received. The first time I used them was a few months ago for an oil change. I made an appointment online with no issues and decided to wait in the lobby while they completed the oil change. It took FOREVER. I totally understand we're in a pandemic and things are slower, but it took 2 hours for my oil change when I had an appointment. Again, I would've understood, but what upset me was the fact that when I looked out into the shop (it's visible from the waiting lobby), I saw two

These guys were great to work with & buy from! Our sales associate was so kind & patient. He didn't push us to buy anything we weren't looking at, FaceTimed with us to show us everything we asked about the vehicle we were interested in, & set us up to complete everything online. When we went to test drive the car, he was just as warm in person & was very accommodating! After we test drive the car, all we had to do was sign off on all the paperwork. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

I have sold used cars hear at Putnam Automotive for 16 years, and I have never experienced someone like Yolanda Bulnes. At no time did I disrespect or ignore her concerns. Her accusation that I told her " I am to busy to talk to you" is just not true. Each of our many conversations were conducted in a professional manner. I wish her the best!

I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee here and thought I got a pretty good deal. Unfortunately, as a repair shop they are a total ripoff. I had the tiny latch for the sunglasses holder break, and they told me the repair would be over $750 to replace the whole unit that includes all the switches and electronics. I told them to pound sand. Later, the check engine light went on. $180 just to do the diagnostic. After 4 years, and not even fully paid for, they told me radiator has a leak and need a new radiator. $2450 to repair. Went to an independent shop and got the repair done for $950. Bubye Putnam

LIED TO! I took my brand new fully loaded 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in for an oil change (which I unfortunately bought from Putnam). I've been doing my own maintenance on my vehicles for years but decided to bring my Jeep in for an oil change since they are free with a new vehicle purchase.

Things were getting challenging for me, we were going back and fourth trying to find a car that could make sense for my budget and my work lifestyle. Suddenly I get a call from Scot about a car that just came on the lot. I came over and took the car for a little drive and I knew It was the one but I was worried that I may not be qualified to make the purchase. Scot and his team ran the numbers and were able to make it happen!

Where to start? Buying a car ultimately can be the most stressful time of the year especially after looking with your husband (Freddie) where, what model, price and so fourth. So both of us went through a WHOLE PROCESS of different lots and different salesmen.
We ultimately wanted a CX-3 but was having a hard time finding "the right one."
Luckily we have been searching for a couple months. So he knows exactly what I personally wanted. He arrived on a cold Saturday also with my daughter.

Purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler JK from Scot at Putnam. They had the exact model I was looking for in stock! We made some special requests with regard to decal removal and detailing and Scot went above and beyond to ensure every detail exceeded our expectations.
