I would rate this place 1 star for many reasons. The one thing I will mention in this review is how unprofessional their call center is. I had paid my car for two years and had always been on time. One time I was late by 2 days and they turned off my car!! After they did that I was quick to refinance somewhere else. I can’t deal with a rude call center and not showing appreciation to customers that had always paid on time.

They literally help you only when they feel like, and i always get different responses from every single rep. And my call HANGS UP EVERYTIME IM ON HOLD!
Plus, they scheduled my payments a week after my due date because “i asked for it that way”. Knowing well that i never changed my scheduled payments! NEVER AGAIN.

Their customer reps are rude, unprofessional and do not care about their customers who literally pay their bills by providing their business with this company.
In 2018 I purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger with 140,000 miles 60,000 less than my 2000 Jeep!
Paid $520 a month for a 2012!!!!
My car caught on fire due to an electrical issue Feb 2020 and this company didn’t even bother to reach out to me for another vehicle or keep me in the loop with what was going on with my car. I eventually called it a loss

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I went on maternity leave from work and got behind on payments. I had to pay for three years and was less than 6 months away from completing. The entire three years, the staff was unprofessional. They were careless and had poor record keeping skills. I told them I was on leave and when I expected to return back to work. I was told it was fine. They basically took advantage of my most critical financial downfall time to scam a bigger profit. They cut my car off with their cut off switch right before I was expected to return to work. They told me in order to get it back

If I can give them ZERO stars I would! Very unprofessional you catch them in a lie they will say you're being disrespectful and hang up the phone on you. Mislead you with information. Sad to say I will have to show up with the cops once my vehicle is brought back to the dealership to retrieve my belongings. If they try to tell you they cannot give you your belongings please talk to a lawyer because it's is ILLEGAL for them to hold your personal belongings HOSTAGE!! Mari has the worst customer service and I will NEVER recommend anyone to get a car from them just because their finance department

0 stars for sure. I just called to follow up some information and the lady hung the phone on me. She didn’t care to help me reach a solution. I thought that was total ignorance and disrespect. This is a terrible finance company. I pay over $500/month for a car that’s not even worth it. They tell you anything just to sell you a car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. You will regret it. The customer service Reps are the worst. You shouldn’t have to deal with bad attitudes when you are spending your hard earned money.

Dont do it. Went to the one on cermak and cicero. They are very dishonest and pushy. The salesman and I agreed on my first payment date and they turned my car off before the date just to bully me into paying early. When I asked about it the salesman pretended not to remember. My car broke down the first week and they ignored my calls to fix it just to try to make me pay $200 to get the whole care fixed. Definitely the worst mistake of my life. The salesman seems nice but they are really dishonest, greedy and not trustworthy. Buyer beware. Dont tell them you do uber because they will try to force

I've been fortunate to know the Owner and some of the Ladies who've worked there a long time, and they are helpful and concerned about their customers issues, but the only problem is trying to set an appointment just to talk with someone who can help you. The newer hires, definitely need more customer service training, which I've requested to the owner. Also when you are just a few days late, Whoever is in charge of sending calls, and messages, should review your payment history, before blowing your phone up, with threatening messages. That "CAN" be a lot better as well, but besides that, you can

The customer service sucks. They don’t work to help you. They are only out for the money you owe and they are quick to deactivate your vehicle for one missed payment. Only a few people that works for the company is helpful. I was threatened and harassed by one of the employees. I wouldn’t recommend them at this point.

I am in the process of paying off 2 vehicles from this company. Not only have they over charged me for both, they have been constantly messing up my auto payments that I set up from day one. I do not have the best of credit necause I never established any in my younger years , so I thought and I was told by this company by getting car loans and paying in time that will help build your credit. So now for the last year one of my vehicles, again that was set up on auto pay was mysteriously taken off and they have been just deducting it out of my account as an automatic 3 day late charge.
