Kim and the rest of the team at Cape Coral Mortgage are amazing!!! They were on the ball throughout my entire loan process, every time. I’ve completed 3 loans with them, and I can’t say enough positive things. They work miracles, are super efficient and responsive, and I always have a clear picture of exactly what I’m signing and doing every time. My fiance and I just went through the experience of buying a house for the first time. And let me tell you, Tiffany Saylor was INCREDIBLE! She went above and beyond for us in every possible way. My husband and I recently refinanced our home. Kim was awesome sitting with us for almost an hour to give us our options. It was not an easy task. Had issues with my home insurance company and had to acquire a new policy. Appraisal and inspections finally obtained and we were off and running. We had several issues with a loan that I co-signed for my son. Showing proof he was the only one making payments was proving to be a huge obstacle. But Cathy came through for us. Ashton was on top of all the emails. They were able to get around all of these obstacles and and get us a great rate for our home
