We were being made to leave because we were five dollars short on room money. After being there for over 2 monthsTheir very rude and disrespectful people and heartless to boot. They made me clean the room before leaving or they were gonna call the cops! They do have bedbugs in several of the rooms! I got ate up by them in room 431. We asked several times for clean linens and was told we will bring them to you and never got them till I complained about it. It was always tomorrow

Very very bad and unprofessional. Had several conversations over a weeks time and we discussed the fact that I would come stay there. I get there and the man finds out that I needed an oxygen machine so he refused to rent to me, and he claims that he had no more rooms left but he rented rooms to the BIG white guy that came in after me. Then the white woman that came in after me. This guy Buck or Bock simply does not know the meaning of being professional and/or that he is now going to be sued for discrimination against handicap. I needed oxygen, just got out of the hospital With covid 19.

Do NOT let the name fool you, it surely isn't America's Best. The rooms are outdated, the service outdated, and overall - unless you need a place to stay for a month on the cheap, and don't care what the place looks like..... this is it. If you are bringing your family, bride or groom, or booking lodging for the in-laws... this is one way to show a BAD impression. Sorry, but the truth hurts
