Dr. Michael Broadbent was born and raised in Southern California. After earning his degree with Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honors from Creighton University, he moved to Arizona and establish Broadbent Dentistry. Dr. Broadbent is the best! I have had a couple of situation‘s that needed immediate care. The office staff was friendly and helpful in getting me in quickly. Dr. Broadbent and his staff were professional and Friendly. They did a great job and will continue to do so as he is now my dentist!

Everyone was so friendly. They talked me through what they were doing, what my options were, and how much everything cost without making me feel pressured. I felt very comfortable with them, and thanks to the dentist and his assistants skills I even felt very comfortable in the chair while they were working on me. I'll be going back here for the rest of my life!

I was terrified of dentists before I found Dr. Broadbent, he is a very patient and nice with a warm smile. The office is very inviting and you can tell the staff likes where they work. Once you’ve been there once or twice everyone starts to feel like family and you can tell everybody really cares for you. I couldn’t recommend a better dentist.

My husband 's crown came off and he has Arizona Health Containment Care and they recommended a dentist in their network. He went to the dentist that they recommended and the place was not clean and looked rundown. He had his crown with him and the dentist told him he would need a new one and the cost would be $1500. I called Broadbent Dentistry that same afternoon on 8/30 explained the situation and they got him in 8/31 at 11. The staff was so professional, the office was very clean and well decorated. Dr Broadbent did a few xrays and recemented the crown without any issues nor did he see any problem

I have been going to Dr. Broadbent’s office since he opened his practice. I love the staff-they are kind, caring, and always on top of the latest dental procedures. Dr.z Broadbent is careful to do any procedure as painlessly as possible. Everyone in the office is friendly and they always greet you with a smile, and are genuinely glad to see you. Because of how wonderful Dr. Broadbent and his staff are, I don’t mind going to the dentist!

Dr Broadbent is an excellent dentist but his front office need some training. If you make an appointment in December be sure to ask if your hygienist is available or if he is available. Because they'll book an appointment and when you get there neither are there. The front office called and confirm my appointment and my insurance, when I was checking out I was told they no longer took my insurance. And that I had to pay. Also I was not told prior to the appointment the Dr Broadbent and my hygienist an were not available in December. This also happened in 2019. I was left standing outside the

Horriable service this is my second bad encounter I have had with this office. I had gotten a cleaning a few years back. I was not impressed with the service. I felt it was rushed and half effort was put into it. Following my service I received a bill in the mail. I called and paid by balance but continued to receive past due letters. After two more phone calls to the office over the next 5 weeks I stopped getting letters.

I love this office, I have always been afraid of the dentist and have had to have a lot of dental work. Everyone at the office from the desk to the doctor are fantastic. My whole family is seen here. My daughter is always happy to go to the dentist and that is a huge relief. They are professional and friendly. Highly recommend this office

At first this seemed like a great dentist, very friendly staff and a clean office. I came in, I got my price for cleaning and fillings. Prices were pretty high considering I had very good insurance. I went to Broadbent Dentistry once in Mesa, AZ while visiting my mom. Best dentist experience I've ever had! It has been a few years, but I'm still impressed. So I thought I should leave a review.
I went in for a regular checkup and cleaning. Dr. Broadbent recommended sealant for my teeth to fill in the deep grooves in order to prevent future cavities. I haven't gotten any new cavities since! I have lived in Arizona for just over 3 years and in that time, I found 4 dentist offices to avoid. The Broadbents are my fifth try - and my last!!
This is a father and son team so I'm not worried about anyone retiring anytime soon. Tyler knows how to administer novocaine painlessly, and he's very patient and friendly while explaining all the things I want to know (and even the things I don't really want to hear!).

I have major anxiety going to the dentist. When I scheduled appointments for my daughter and me, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. I explained a little of my back-story and she listened patiently while reassuring me everything would be alright. My daughter's appointment went incredibly well. They called the day before to remind us of our appointments and even faxed my paperwork so I didn't have to wait in the lobby very long. I was very apprehensive but they made me feel very comfortable and reassured. They gave me a quick tour and even a gift to welcome me as a new patient
