Dr. Anna Nusslock, DC CCEP is a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner through the Council on Extremity Adjusting. Dr. Anna practices a variety of chiropractic techniques including Thompson, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Flexion-Distraction and Palmer Package. Do I have to see a chiropractor FOREVER once I start going? Nope! Chiropractic care is scaled to each patient's needs but in general, for a single, specific complaint, a patient will have to come in to see us for two to four months. This is called a "care-plan." The time a patient needs to heal depends on the nature and location of the complaint, how severe the pain is, and how long the pain has been going on.
Describe, in your own words, how your appointment went and what happened: My foot had been hurting all day and I needed some relief. Dr. Anna presented as warm and knowledgeable. Dr. Anna listened and offered support and advice. She quickly diagnosed me and adjusted my body which brought relief. Her exam room was tidy and attractive.
From birth to their 18th birthday and every bump, bruise and ear infection in between growing up. Coming in to the world can be really hard on a babies spine and chiropractic has evidence showing that it can help colic, spitting up and GERD, trouble sleeping, ear infections, constipation and trouble with breastfeeding.

I'll say it again...Dr. Anna really cares, and she's super thorough. Not one of these simple 'back crackers' that are trying to get you in and out. She makes sure that the problem is fixed, if not in one appointment, then on the next, or the one after. She will not try to hook you into a 'program' of numerous appointments...she's trying to get you better, as soon as possible. I've seen LOTS of chiropractors over the years. Dr. Anna is one of the good ones. She knows her stuff.

Anna is such a great chiropractor! She has been doing adjustments on me for over a year and always has helped me with a lot of my chronic pain and particularly my back pain. She always lets you know exactly what's going on and how she fixes it. She doesn't accept insurance, but is extremely affordable at $45/visit. Initial cost is about $120 I believe, which comes with an adjustment as well. 100% recommend!

Very very nice little office super low stress and they will listen to you which is nice. Anna is a very nice chiropractor and will do her best for you. I feel like they treat every person that comes in for pain in a caring manner equal treatment. As far as Humboldt county doctors go... She's a good one.

I am extremely grateful for the relief and care I received from Anna immediately after I wrenched my upper back in a car accident. I have complete trust in her and her skills. One particular adjustment was so releasing of tension that I felt slightly giddy for a couple of days after. I have been going to chiropractors for 40 years, and ran two chiropractic offices. Dr. Anna is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever been to. My body is difficult to adjust, but her ability to locate all the odd little places I've gone out, combined with her adjusting techniques, puts my body back into place better than any other chiropractor I've ever known, and I've known a few truly good ones.

I am really pleased with the care I am receiving from Dr. Nusslock! I came for one particular injury which she quickly addressed. It still requires maintenance (it has been about 6 months), but things have improved immensely! In addition, she has helped me rehabilitate other older injuries which I thought I would never seen improvement on, and she has helped me with my overall comfort and athletic performance as well.
