If you experience a flat tire, we can replace the flat with your spare tire or give you a tow. If you get locked out of your vehicle, our technician will help get you back into your car or tow you to the closest destination. The motorcycle will be towed in an enclosed trailer with fleece lined straps so the motorcycle is kept safe and secure.
We can tow your vehicle, light truck or motorcycle to a repair shop, nearest gas station or preferred location. We offer towing whether it's local or long-distance with reasonable per-mile rates for long-distance towing. Our light duty towing duties and tasks include private property towing, removing of abandoned vehicles, car troubles and accident recovery.
We can tow all vehicles or special classic cars on our flatbed truck with all nylon strapping. Flatbeds are most commonly used when a vehicle has a broken axle or if the vehicle is severely damaged. Our flatbed towing is a safe and secure towing option for all vehicles. The vehicle can be lifted completely off of the ground to avoid any damage that could occur through other towing methods.

I used their tire service through AAA when I got a flat. Their driver was prompt, incredibly helpful, and made a bad night not so terrible. He helped me figure out where to go the next morning to get a new tire, and made sure everything was all good before I left. I wish I would’ve caught his name for sure, but I believe it was michael. Thank you for making a stressful situation away from home manageable and helping me laugh through it along the way! Incredible service all around.

We have used them countless times and they always take longer than they tell you and act like you're inconveniencing them when they show up to tow your vehicle. Today they kept us waiting for over 3 hours for a tow they said would be an hour and a half and then called and canceled on us leaving us high and dry.

Extremely expensive wouldn't even give me the price just told me it was gonna cost me too much to tow with some xtra stuff. Smh really! I understand I would just like an answer on price instead of being told it's already going to cost too much. I updated my stars have a good weekend Mr. Pantalone see ya soon.

This morning I found myself not being able to start my commercial vehicle. I have AAA but it does not cover services for commercial vehicles.
I called Pantalone towing to get a jump for my battery. They responded to my home within ten minutes. Jim Tested the batteries (2) only to tell me that the batteries were fine. This vehicle was going to have to be towed to a dealership in Aurora for servicing.
Unfortunately the type of commercial tow was not able to be taken care of by any company in my area. The owner of Pantalone towing took it upon himself to try and contact three other towing companies

Gonna go right down the middle. Almost 1 year from today my car was towed because expired tags. I just moved here, bought car right before. Unfortunately dealership really messed up I still hadnt received my Title. Since I had everything but Title I could not get my car.
When went to pay my towing bill, yes it was high. I know this cause when I asked for charge to take it to my place, which is 3 times farther. Charged 195. Charge to het it home 70. It was explained that is contract with Weatherfield that is what they have to charge. I get it. That is a major acct. they obviously don't want to
