DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately we can't give zero stars. AAA dispatch sent them to winch our car out from sliding off of the road. We were told AFTER the car was winched out and on there truck that they would not cover this as AAA and I needed to pay before it would come off of the truck unless he took it to their place. They invoiced me $2704.00, 5 days later.
The invoice given to me has charges for equipment that was not used, an employee that was not there, fees for cleaning the road, but there was nothing on the road.
