We got our garage floor done yesterday and we're walking on the pretty new floor today! The whole process was super easy and seamless! From Perry on the sales side, Jeff the owner with followup calls, and a very polite and efficient install team.
My timeline: sent an email inquiry; quick phone call to do scoping and set inspection/bid appointment; came out measured, picked color, gave deposit, set install date; got a call the day before install confirming; team showed up right at the beginning of the arrival window, were super polite and nice, done in 4 hours; followup calls from Jeff.
