We love our floors! Ray Martinez was our salesman, excellent advisor and coordinator. He assisted us masterfully in selection and installation. Ray came by our home 3 times during installation to make sure we were happy with the job and we were!
Francisco installed our ceramic tile in the entryway. He designed a gorgeous pattern and we could not be happier. Omar is the craftsman who laid our vinyl planks with precision. It is perfect.
The job was quicker than expected. No mess or dirt was left behind, not even any dust from taking out the old tile.
I would use Quality Floors for any future jobs

Contacted for a upstairs and stair flooring job. A professional showed up and measured all of the places he needed and had excellent feedback for us. Asked if we could look up some vinyl or laminate that we were interested in from stores provided. We stayed in touch with all the requested information and we never heard back. I got a, "Give me a day to figure it out." I have checked my email, my spam, and promotional folders. Nothing. We'll just do it ourselves, no thank you.

Quality Floors is the absolute best place to buy floors in Hays county! Brandon was incredibly helpful and responsive and answered my many, many questions throughout the process. The removal of the old wood was so clean, we were shocked by the lack of dust. The install crew was also great and did a fantastic job. We have been thoroughly impressed by the whole experience.

Brandon and his team did a fantastic job with our flooring! This was by the far the easiest and best experience we have ever had with a contractor. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the different types of flooring to help us make an informed decision. The store layout is easy to navigate with prices clearly marked. When it came time to install, the team was very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job and we were surprised that they got the flooring installed in under a week.
