Critical: Professionalism, Value
I literally just called to get a quote. Before I said anything the lady that picked up was so rude. “We don’t do residential, we never do that” and hung up on me! I’m still shook and staring at the wall. Glad you don’t do residential and if you did I would never pay a dime for people who treat customers that way!!!!

My neighbor had a fence installed by someone else whom I will not say got the name of the company. I called Fall City Fence to come and do mine. And their work was excellent ( flawless) the guys who came to do the job were very professional and they got the job done. They even cleaned up the mess that was left behind. Needless to say my neighbor wishes he wouldn't have got the first company that he talked to do the job. Thanks J & R for a job well done. This company has been around a long time. Growing up I have seen their work. I needed a fence put up on my lot. They gave me a kinda high price but I thought it would be worth it. They put in 6 post and a 6 foot fence. The guys who did the job seemed to have a hard time figuring out how to put the fence in so it would open correctly. Anyway a year later has gone by and the fence isn't tight like most fences are. It's loose and can be push and sway pretty easy. Also the cheap pot metal ends to hold the top rails have broken. The rails are really thin and cheap. No more Falls City Fence

We just moved to Louisville about 2 months ago and hired Falls City Fence Company to help us put up a fence so that our two golden retriever puppies could play outside. Jackie, the receptionist and the owner, Hal's wife, is the sweetest lady we've ever dealt with! She was so nice and helpful, setting all the appointments for us in a very timely manner. Hal came several times for the measurement due to the change of our plan in the size of the yard we'd like to fence and he also provided with many helpful suggestions to make our decision process easier. All the jobs were finished in two weeks and

We recently had a 200ft. x6ft.chain link fence installed.We were very happy with the crew that performed the work and the office personnel. The job started about one week early and and was completed ahead of schedule. I would like to thank everyone at Falls City Fence.
