My 1 star does not mean they do not provide a good service. I'm giving it a 1 star because I feel deceived.. i went there for electrolysis, which is a procedure you pay for by time of the session. I went there twice last week, the first time wasn't an issue and I went out really happy. Second time they made me pay for a 45 min secession when the truth was 38 mins.. maybe it doesn't seem like a lot, but it did bother me a lot because I felt like being deceived. I took a third appointment but decided not to go and I therefore didn't confirm the appointment on their system.. woke
