I bought a Groupon to try this business out, and unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment because I was sick. I made sure that I cancelled prior to 24 hours ( which of course I have time stamped on my phone) but because their portal shows otherwise they charged me. I called to rebook and asked about being charged when I have proof of cancellation but unfortunately the owner decided to give me a lecture about how I didn't cancel through the portal on time and wouldn't consider my proof. I guess listening to potential customers isn't important to her. I will just find someone

Angela is absolutely wonderful. I walked in incredibly stressed (single mom with 2 full time jobs) and I had no idea what I got myself into.
