All rooms are furnished with a flat screen T.V. with satellite, a telephone with a direct dial phone number and Wi-Fi access at no additional cost. Green Village is partnered with Arbor Rehabilitation and provides in-house therapies 7 days a week. We offer physical, speech and occupational therapy that is provided by a licensed and experienced therapist.

Staff has way to long finger nails which caused a nice deep scratch on my mother's arm. Twice when I visited her a dirty bed pan was sitting on the dresser, gloves were left on the bathroom floor three days before they were picked up, twice found dirty sink in the bathroom from where something had been rinsed out, once when visiting at 3:00 I found the breakfast container sitting on the dresser another time the lunch container was sitting there. Visit made at 1:30 to find no one had bothered to give Mom her teeth. They have no concern of patients personal hygiene as I had to get on them to shower

So far my brother has been there a total of six hours. He has had no pain medicine and his night medicine on top of it he’s been talked to very rude and told by staff this place is a joke. I have been on the phone for 2 hours with him waiting for a nurse to even answer the call button. What a great place it is. Gonna give him someone else’s pain medicine so he gets something in him. I smell a law suit!

Apparently no one answers the phone between end of business on Friday and Monday morning. So if your loved one is brought in late on Friday afternoon, and a 14 day quarantine is in place, you are expected to accept that all is well with your loved one for 48+ hours. The only reason I was able to reach my mom is because an aide finally answered the phone after 48+ minutes of calling and knew I was upset. Still no response or call back from a nurse after 24+ hours.

I gave Green Village Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation 5 stars because the nursing home does not smell of urine and is very clean and quiet. The office staff, nursing staff, rehabilitation was all 5 stars. My wife said the cooks were great for a nursing home. If there is a nursing home in your family's future, stop by and they will give you a guided tour.

The RNs and STNAs have treated me very well and were very considerate. With having a alternative diet, the kitchen was excellent with preparing it appropriately. Life enrichment was wonderful with including me on activities that I enjoyed including making a garden and outdoors. Everyone was attentive. Therapy helped with so much and I was able to get better and go home. The facility was wonderful with cleaning the room. Everything was wonderful. Thank you

I chose Green Village for recovery from my hip replacement surgery due to location from my home. I didn't know what to expect, but I have had the best care here! The staff was exceptional from arrival to departure. My room was comfortable and clean, in-house rehab center and staff were wonderful. Nurses and aides were professional and friendly. I highly recommend Green Village for superb care. I'll be coming back for my next hip surgery.

I recently placed my uncle in this facility after he suffered a sever stroke. The place is beautifully decorated and clean, which I was pleasantly surprised about. The care my uncle received was good, the nursing staff were attentive during the day. His therapy was everyday and I think that made a huge difference in his recovery. I would recommend this facility for recovery.

My loved one was taken here after being released from ICU with the care to be withheld of post wound/infection care and rehabilitation- That being said...This facility has neglected to properly give his medications as needed in a timely manner, has NOT given him medications he is to have daily (Insulin), has neglected to change wound bandages in the proper timing- PER Doctor's orders, and has yet to see the staff doctor or any rehab specialists. We had to leave the facility for an emergency visit to the hospital, upon an 8 hour leave we came back to a room with dirty bed linens/pillow cases. There
