Administration does not treat employees with dignity or respect. They are always hiring for a reason.

Lack of communication with me. I had to make several phone calls to get any answers to questions. 99% my calls went straight to voice mail. Gina the nurse on the therapy side is fantastic. She truly cares. If you want something done call the director Kathleen. She has been the most helpful.

Just wanted to take a second and write a five star review. The staff here was extremely friendly and the place was really well taken care of. They seem to genuinely care about the people staying here.

I would avoid this nursing home at all costs they absolutely do not care about people‘s family members whatsoever. The social worker is horrible she has no idea what she’s doing she makes major mistakes and does not care to fix them. The people in the business office are very rude they hang up on you they do not care that you may have a concern about your loved one. They are extremely understaffed and under educated please go to another nursing home.I also have tons of pictures to back up my accusations. What a shame how people are treated the last days of their lives.

Both of my parents were residents when they passed away. They both appreciated the treatment that they received at St. Luke's. My dad said that getting old is not for sissys. Now, I'm finding that out for myself. We were so fond of the kind ladies who cared for my folks. I've not forgotten the tears in their eyes when dad passed away.

People that work after 5 pm are very rude on the phone and have no idea how to transfer a phone call then when you ask them to take phone to your loved one or have them call they dont or are rude. I have also encountered my loved one soaked in pee lately and not getting changed enough. Step it up get better aides and hire more people!!!! Now there are people there that do their jobs not everyone is like this just frustrating. These are our moms, dads, grandparents, spouses, our family please treat them like you would your own.

Good nursing home as an outsider looking in. My aunt has been there for years but she isnt a particularly challenging patient. I believe that people's experience will differ based on this and also if a loved one has a regular presence there.
