I'm Dee, a Master Stylist at East Coast Flair! I enjoy working with my guest to create unique looks that feel great and compliment their personal style. From edgy, sophisticated cuts to smooth, seamless balayage, to rainbow locks with undercuts. I'm Bri, a Stylist at East Coast Flair. I graduated from Paul Mitchel the school of Delaware and I do everything hair!

East Coast Flair was opened by Dee Ford, who with 35 years of experience, founded the salon in December of 2014. Dee previously owned a salon in Arizona for 15 years, and moved to DE to expand her operations.

Bri is 20/10!! I drove in from DC to try a new place since I knew I was going to be in Dover and not only were the prices very manageable, but I am so thrilled with the outcome! She gave me advice on what she thought would look good, explained the process and was VERY patient with me as we scrolled through many photos on pinterest. By the end, I had trusted her so much that we ended up cutting parts of my hair for a face frame - something I never thought I'd do btw. She is personable, respectful and knows what she's doing. Def coming back!

Dee saved my hair!! I went to another salon for a haircut and they butchered it. Thankfully a friend recommended Dee and she was able to fit me in. Two hours later after her working magic on my hair it looks amazing!! I cannot thank her enough! She definitely has a new client

Dee was great! This was my first time here but won't be my last. She consulted with me and we (and I mean we) decided that I would try to go back to my "natural" color. What a great idea it was! My hub was so surprised and pleased. I can't stop touching it. She also fixed my botch haircut and it is now presentable.
Everyone there seemed very nice as well and made me feel at home.

Martha is THE BEST. After working with her for a couple years, and getting my hair done by her for years, she is the pinnacle of an amazing hair stylist. She is personable, funny, professional, and talented. She keeps up to date on hair trends, education, and frequently goes to hair shows.
Their salon is clean and well managed. Every person that works there is friendly and happy. You feel amazing walking into their environment and even better walking out. They treat you like family.

I went here after reading and seeing all the fantastic before and after color pics. She was able to fit me in during the same week I called for color. I think what she did was a glaze. I never heard of it either. What I notice is is that when it grows out it is much more subtle instead of a defined line of old and new color or growth.
I think the color was fantastic as was the blow out and style.
I didn't really get a cut so I can't comment on that. Its been about 7 weeks and I am ready to go back for another color touch up. And of course I know where I'm going.
