I got a color and cut that was poorly done.
Didnt use foils.
bleached my ends and just threw color on my ends. Then proceeded to put random layers in.
The layers weren't connected just had corners everywhere. And got charged almost 200 dollars for it.
On top of that everyone seems to have an attitude.
I just got it fixed elsewhere yesterday.
You'd think as a new customer they'd want me to return but I will never!

I love the salon and everyone in it. Shannon has done my hair for years and she has never disappointed me. The shop has a warm feel to it and they make you feel welcome and at home. It took me years to find someone who actually knew how to cut my hair the way I wanted it and from day 1 Shannon knew exactly what I wanted.

Attentive to client at first and service declined over past year. Monthly visits for past year I am moving on to a salon that actually treats you like you matter as a client. Please know I have a PIXIE cut so it is very short and quite easy to work with...
Cuts on my short hair were never precise and after many months I stopped getting cuts and got the cut elsewhere. So I then only got touch up color and highlights.
