They put my legally parked car on the truck bed on a Sunday; when my family and I came out out they said we could pay $125 cash or try to fight it by figuring out a way to get to their yard on Monday morning. When I agreed to pay, the price was suddenly $200. The driver yelled, swore and threatened physical harm several times (though I assume that's normal for this type of scam).

Just came here to say Chris saved me from a horrible day today. My car suddenly had no power, and I was stranded in a parking lot with a low entryway in White Plains. He arrived at the time I was told to expect him, jump started my car, and then when it died anyway, had to manually roll my car to the tow truck. Chris took me to my local auto body shop in Scarsdale, was super helpful and knowledgeable, and handled everything very professionally. THANKS, CHRIS!

Saturday night, at 10:30pm, I called AAA, who in turn called Mark's Towing. I was told their driver would be there by 11:30. The driver and flatbed did not arrive until 12:30, then the driver proceeded to insult me and call me a criminal before saying he had to go find ramps and driving off, leaving me stranded. He never asked if I was willing to sign a damage waiver, which I gladly would have. I called AAA for an update and was asked if I was willing to sign a damage waiver. I said I gladly would. At 1:30am (three hours after I called for help), I gave up and got a lift home from family,

It's been about a year since an accident I had required a tow truck. The town contacted Mark's towing to pull my car out of a ditch on the side of the road. Although the driver was a really nice guy, the bill was outrageous with charges for cleaning up debris that didn't exist and labor for two men when there was only one guy! They took advantage of the situation and since they would only accept cash at 11pm, took my car overnight and charged additional fees for storage. I don't begrudge anyone making a living, but this was a total gouging! I would never recommend this company

If I'm ever stuck again or anyone else I know in Westchester is these are the guys to call... At least I had the best tow truck driver from, Marks tonight! Can not thank Keith enough.. He was quick, friendly, knowledgeable & it wasn't just a ride next door. Truly appreciated having such an awesome driver come get me & get my car back to Brewster! Thank you to Keith & Marks Towing!! I ended up with a flat tire, well two at the airport in westchester. I called AAA, after a long sorted tail about how I can't get someone to tow me from westchester airport, Marks got me out of the garage but then it was taking forever for the AAA crew to show up. The driver from Marks made a call and agreed to take all the way home and deal with AAA directly. In total, it took three drivers and three trucks but they got me home. One truck to get me out of the garage, another to get me back home. All the drivers were friendly, professional and helpful. I would call them again.

I had dead battery, so I called AAA, on a Saturday afternoon at 5 past noon. AAA dispatch said Mark's Towing would be there within an hour, and that they were apparently not that busy so they could be much sooner. However, at 12:40 I got a call from Mark's dispatch saying it would be "within an hour" of then. I called them at about 2pm and Mark's said I was the next call to be serviced. At 2:20pm he called to say the driver was "2 minutes away". 20 minutes later, at 2:40pm, the truck finally arrived, jumped my battery and I was good to go within 10 minutes
