Called for a quote they said they would come at 8 am for a consultation, finally at 3 pm he showed without letting me know they were running late. We confirmed the quote with the date and time they would start the work. No one ever showed to do the work. We then confirmed for another date and time and still a no show! At this point I am not doing business with an unprofessional company that doesn't know how to communicate.

Completely unprofessional owner Alex promised to install a gate ornament subsequent to the completion the fence, and after repeated call, texts, and emails ceased all communications and did not install the ornament. His contact information was given to multiple other owners in the community and those owners told me that they contacted him for quotations and he never returned they messages.

Although Alex of SentryPro Fence built a decent fence at a decent price, he has promised to return to put extra ornamentation on the gate. Not only did he not come back as promised, he stopped returning messages. I had also referred him to numerous other people in my community and he stopped communicating with those people as well. I don't care how good the fence that you build is, if you start ghosting people and don't follow-up as promised, you will never get another referral, nor do you deserve one. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Alex and team did an amazing job replacing our old fence. There pricing was amazing, but more importantly the crew showed up early and knock out a huge corner lot in 1.5 days!!! It looks incredible and the neighbors are asking for business cards.

Great experience from start to finish. I met with Alex at my home to go over what we needed, received a quote via email within a day or two, and we had a completed fence 9 days later. We had to reschedule once due to weather, but communication was on point and the job was done shortly after. The end product was top notch and we’ve received several compliments from friends and family. It’s really refreshing to work with a local company and get great service and an equally great product. I will recommend these guys to anyone who needs any kind of fence work going forward.

Alex and his staff were so great to work with to replace our 15 year old fence. Our final cost was exactly what Alex quoted. They use high quality wood and hardware. We loved the tidy work space and the efficiency getting the job done. They worked great with our next door neighbors who also chose to replace their fences and gates. I had to work with the HOA and the neighbor behind me to get everything approved, but Alex held a spot for me on the schedule until I was ready to go.
