Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Jeff Richards ghosted me. They came out, gave me an estimate. I was ready to sign a contract, and they never sent it. I emailed a few times but never received a reply. Not sure what happened but this is unprofessional behavior. Needless to say, I signed a contract with someone else.

Nortex did a great job with our 32' x 12' stamped concrete patio. Customer service was great from the start all the way through completion. Josh was very prompt with responses to any questions and provided a lot of detail. The team, led by Manuel, was great too and they worked efficiently with a lot of attention to detail. I would highly recommend Nortex for any concrete need so.

Don’t waste your time! Their work is poor, messy and their customer service is lacking. They installed my neighbors new fence and rolling gate for $15,000 and when we suffered a flat tire on the alley because they didn’t clean up they couldn’t even help for the cost of 1 tire when we had to then get 4 as a result. We came home to a mess of our yard daily! Wood, mud and concrete. I have NEVER seen another fence especially one done “professionally” have so much sharp concrete pushed out of the post hole and not cleaned.

Emailed them for a quote and they responded promptly. Jeff came out to the house and took measurements and walked him through what we wanted. After a week of no quote received, I text Jeff. He didn't message me back so I called him. He apologized and I told him I would re-text the email address. After a few days of no response i called him again. He answered the call and after asking him what the deal was he asked if he could come back out because he couldn't find his notes. No thanks

The never finished the work that I had contracted with them to do. Despite making promises to come back and finish putting caps on all of my fence posts, they never finished what they committed to do.
Also, when they stained the fence they recklessly sprayed stain onto the white siding on my house. So now I have these brown permanent splatters on my white siding.
On one portion where the fence butted up against my house, rather than putting in a post to anchor the fence they nailed the fence boards into my siding. I don't even know how it is anchored down behind the siding but whatever

Quality and value exceeding expectations. Our lot is not completely level and the crew actually designed the fence to have a “stepped” design which we were not expecting and adding lovely curved tops on the gates. In addition we bought the prestained wood which means longer life and looks beautiful. The crew was fantastic!

Nortex did a beautiful job on our screened patio. Mike was very hands on and the crew was fast and very professional. Part of there challenge was working in and around my flowerbed and not one plant was damaged during the installation. We are very happy and pleased with the craftsmanship of the design. Nortex rebuilt a portion of a rock retaining wall that runs across the front of my property and they did a beautiful job, I'm completely satisfied. Price was good, quality was good, they did a great job matching the existing wall with the portion they rebuilt and they arrived to do the work when promised. Would definitely use them again.

It's my 4th week waiting for my fence to be painted. NorTex did a very good job build the fence and retaining walls. But it took forever (seems to me) to get the beautiful fence painted. The first week's comment was " the crew is behind the schedule"; the 2nd week's was "the weather is too damp" while it was sunny almost everyday; the 3rd week… was "the wind is too heavy". Now it is my 4th week waiting. I am afraid they will run out of excuses. The main office phone went straight to answer machine, no returning phone calls even I left messages.

I had a fence with electric gate installed. The initial work started OK but weather delayed the project. So start to finish in time was a little off but I can't blame them.
What I did experience was a terrible customer service experience. I wrote to them many times with my list of problems. Problems that they admitted needed attention but only one was addressed. This one action was only done after months of e-mails and the threat to escalate the situation.
