Way over priced. I paid $71 for this fill. Their website says $40 for a pink and white fill but I was charged $58. Plus they charged for shaping. Which my nails had a better coffin shape before I came in. They also charged $4 extra for each nail that was red. The nails are extremely thick and not even shaped well. Will not be going back

My manicurist quite literally almost didn't paint half of my pinky nail. I got my nails done on Saturday and she failed to paint all the way down to my cuticle, it already looks like at least 5 days of growth. She removed my previous gel manicure using the "saw" looking tool... leaving my nail extremely brittle. My nail beds were burning and hot as she used the saw tool. While I was receiving a pedicure she said someone would come soak it off properly with acetone, but no one came over to do it nor did she just do it herself. I understand if I was a last customer of the day situation

Pedicure wasn’t bad and the place looked nice but the pricing for gel polish is ridiculous. $20 extra dollars for gel. Most places do charge extra but it’s never more than $10. I was told after I was already there for my appointment so I said ok but I won’t be back purely because of pricing. I just don’t think it was worth $60 for just a pedicure.

I’m really picky when it comes to manicures. I’ve tried a lot of places around town and when I finally found Cookie at posh nails, I knew I didn’t need to look anymore. I’ve been seeing her for about 2 years now and I always leave with a perfect manicure. My nails are super healthy underneath my dip and have been able to grow long for the first time in my life. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Linh was my nail tech and he was the best. He checked to be sure my nails were perfectly even and symmetrical. He was gentle with my nails and didn’t hurt me at all like most salons do. They turned out absolutely beautiful Perfect (and I’m a perfectionist so that’s saying a lot).
I brought my little sister here for her birthday and she asked them for a pretty detailed and complicated monarch butterfly design and they did their best to accommodate. Turns out their best is more than great! May designed her butterfly and it was beautiful. They really really took their time on it to make sure

I have gone several times and service has been a fair for the price...but today was the last time. I arrived 5 minutes late on a Saturday night and they gave my appointment away to the walk in literally right in front of me.
I paid $10 extra for the heal treatment and they hurried thought the appointment. I no longer recommend this place and will not be back...

These are some of the RUDEST nail techs I have ever met! Dont waste your $$$. They are too expensive for the job they do. Dips are done incorrectly, thick, and dremel your nail down too too far. #7 is the worst! She takes it personal if you ask to do it differently and then goes around to talk to her comrades speaking in her native language about you. Rude, rude. You also have to have an appointment and then most of the time they do not honor it. Usual wait is 15 to 20 minutes even with an appt. Not a very good selection of dips either. Dont let the "posh" setting fool you. Dont waste

I wanted almond shaped acrylics; however, upon sitting down i was informed that (on top of the initial $35 for acrylic nails) it would be $5 extra for length and another $5 extra for shaping. I've never seen a salon that does that and I was alarmed (obviously) because I had not planned on spending $45. These extra prices are not mentioned anywhere in their pricing guide, because it apparently makes it too confusing.

Having not had many nail salon experiences my mom and I were looking forward to a fun outing ending in pretty toes, instead we were met with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. My mom ended up with a gash on her toe which was left bleeding onto her nail with no mention nor care made to remedy it. This might be common place for some folk but it's not a preferable add-on to a pedicure in my opinion. We made appointments specifically for the Bye Bye Callous and there was zero communication between the front desk and the technicians-the before and after is underwhelming. And overpriced. I've been going here for a couple months now. Appointments are made with ease. I get the dip manicure. My nails turn out amazing every time!
I can't speak for other technicians - but Cookie is absolutely AMAZING!! She is efficient, doesn't waste time, and does a great job. I never have peeling, breaks, or dullness. I can make my manicure last 4 weeks, and the only difference from the day I got them is the natural grow out of my nail.

I decided to get a mani/pedi today. I signed in on the sheet and wrote both down. After my pedicure was over I asked the technician if he was also doing my manicure. He was confused and went over to the desk to find out if I was getting a manicure. The owner came over and told me they did not have time to give me a manicure even though I signed in and requested both services. The right way to fix that scenario would have been to have my technician give me the manicure before he walked down and gave a pedicure to somebody that just walked into the shop. Very disappointed! I will not be going back

I go to Posh Nails about twice a month to get an acrylic fill for my nails, and I have left satisfied every time. I started going here about 6 months ago and every visit is just as nice as the one prior. It is kept very tidy, the staff is very friendly, and they offer complimentary water and Frito Lay chips. They also offer a student discount during the school year, so bring your student ID for 10% off! HGTV is typically what is playing on the TV, and if not, typical radio music is playing faintly in the background.

This place is located in a a very clean and upscale area. The salon itself is kept clean; however, knowing that everything is there I walked out unsatisfied because the staff that works there is not fluent in English. I had hard time explaining what I needed. The staff that did speak proper English was not helpful either. If I am going to spend $100 on mani-pedi, I need to walk away happy. This salon failed to do that. The nail artist who worked on me had no sense of symmetry. I will not be going back here.

I would've loved this salon, and maybe I should give it another chance. But my acrylic nails took TWO and A HALF hours. She did a fantastic job, and was great to detail; but I sat there for too long. A lady got a fill and was started after, and of even got done before me! It was also so birthday when I did them, so a part of my day was wasted.

Seriously don't have anything negative to say here. It's well worth the drive from Lee's Summit and beats every single nail place that I've been to around here. The experience is relaxing and the environment is really upbeat and positive unlike a lot of salons I've been to. I've been twice now and wanted to wait to write a review until I went back a second time. They did a great job, my nail dip turned out amazing, and they have so many color options! Everyone is so professional, yet friendly the prices are reasonable and the services last a long time!
