We have Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which is grappling for self-defense from the ground and also for competition. We also provide cardio kickboxing classes for those who want to get in shape and burn lots of calories quickly.

Services
We are a community. We started as a group of friends training together and training our children at home. We want to teach what we have learned and cultivated to the public to create a safer community and to bring confidence and improved fitness to our community members. We enjoy training in Krav Maga and want to share it with others.

Underground Krav is the best place to learn self-defense during their six week trial I immediately saw improvement after my first week. They have numerous instructors and each break down the techniques. One evening at Underground I learned a technique and I was put in a simulation (very controlled) and I was able to do the technique under controlled pressure. If you want a good physical workout and learn self defense then come and learn at Underground

I have been going here for 5 months. I LOVE it! It got me back in shape so fast but also it was so fun to learn things that are so practical. I joined just for the 6 week trial to learn some self defense but then decided to stay because I realized the value of what I was learning as well as how welcoming everyone was. There is definitely a nice community here. It’s a pretty far drive for me but I didn’t want to switch gyms because of the people here.

I have been at Underground for almost 3 years. The students, staff, and even the families are so warm hearted with everyone and we are one big FAMILY! I have progressed throughout my time at Underground and have gotten my brown belt in which I couldn’t have done it without the help of everyone. All the instructors here are so dedicated to teaching and will give you a good life time experience to defend yourself out in the real world. The school is well cleaned and organized with even the classes while teaching on a modified schedule so you get the full experience! Myself and my whole family attend

I highly recommend Ronald and his team! My daughter (18 at the time) and I took classes both together and individually. All classes were engaging, high energy and focused not only on individual technical skills, but fostered an effective small group setting. I would have had my 8 year old son attend if we hadn’t moved from the area. Positive people and wonderful experience!

What an incredible experience! I've been going here since November and not only am I getting stronger, but my confidence has increased tremendously! I've recently decided to sign my 4 year old up as well, and she absolutely loves it. She's highly energetic and has a hard time with focus, but the entire staff is amazing with her! This was the best private class ever!!! I took my 2 teenage daughters with me to try out Krav Maga and my daughters loved it more than I did and I LOVED IT!!! Mr. Ron was fun, knowledgeable and kept everyone's attention the entire time! Even my 13yr old with ADD! Definitely not for the light hearted, which is exactly what I've been looking for! We wanted our son to learn not only self defense but self control, confidence, and focus. We we unsure what aspect of martial arts we wanted to go with and had delayed putting him in anything.
