Nobody wants to be in a situation where you need an attorney...but if you do, and you want the absolute best possible legal outcome, you're making a big mistake if you don't give him a call. This review is way over due but I wanted to make sure that i wrote this because Ray is deserving of it. Back in January of 2020 we were looking for an attorney and found Ray on Yelp. I left him a voicemail on a Saturday mind you i left a few voicemails for attorneys and he was the only one that called me back on the same day. After I came upon Ray, had a consultation, and did some research- it was without a doubt the best decision I made to go with him. I went to Ray for two specific occasions. It's very bittersweet that I met Ray Dinari, but I'm glad that I did! I wish I never had to go through my case, but I definitely couldn't have had a better attorney than Ray. This is my first review and I am glad I am doing it for Mr. Dinari. When he says he will get something done he will get it done. One night of bad judgement led me to face some serious charges. I wanted to share my experience with Ray, in which he has always supported me from a case that had been extending out nearly 2 years. Without going into an extraordinary amount of retail, he saved me from incarceration from a mistake I made in 2018 and allowed me to stay at home with my newborn. I had actually contacted Ray in reference to a dui in which I had gotten a refusal which was scary because it is worse than a regular dui. Ray assured me he would try his best to minimize the consequences.
He was very straightforward about worst and best case scenario. He let me know ahead of time my case being refusal and accident involved was a hurdle. He kept me updated on all my court dates and what to expect which eased my anxiety.
Finally on my second court date he was able to get my case dismissed which I was absolutely happy about. He reminded me we still have a dmv hearing however
