Mr. Bidari has been licensed to practice law in California and the United States District Court since 1998 after graduating with top honors and serving as Law Review Staff Writer and Law Review Managing Editor from the University of La Verne, Law School. After serving as in intern to the Honorable Shahla Sabet (Superior Court), Mr. Bidari started his legal career as a criminal defense lawyer.

After being served with an unexpected Civil suit due to an accident, I didn't know where to turn. Insurance company originally declined to represent me on this matter. I called Bidari Civil Defense and Paymon responded very quickly. He immediately set up a consultation. He agreed to represent me and proceeded to file all necessary responses to the plaintiff and the court. After more than two months, my insurance company reconsidered representing me. I originally selected Bidari Civil Defense because it was in the area where my case was being contested at. After speaking to Paymon, I knew he was the right lawyer for me. He explained his fees, the process and said he would work hard to resolve the case. As my case progressed, he kept me updated and only charged me for the work that he performed.
