Originally from Madison Wisconsin, I married a Southerner and lived in Columbia South Carolina. The summers were so hot and humid that we bought a vacation home in Mitchell County over 30 years ago. We are still here and loving it! I am a full time Realtor with 37 years experience that is dedicated to my clients and customers.
My wife and I had returned from six years in the Caribbean cruising on our boat, Prior to going cruising we had lived in Florida for 35 years but had now decided not to settle back there.

Awesome real estate company. Sue was our agent and helped us find the perfect property. Anne Wilson the owner helped throughout the process and Julie didn't even once hang up on me after the 1 billion phone calls for info. They are a great team and will help any way they can. You won't find a nicer group of people to help you buy or sell. They are extremely knowledgeable on the area and helped us make the best decision for our family.

Anne Wilson and her entire team are the best around! They listened to what we wanted and didn't waste our time looking at anything that didn't fit our very specific needs. Anne was there every step of the way, and went above and beyond to help us with our financing when things got frustrating with the bank. Excellent communication and follow through.
